Jaén and the olive oil

HI! It's me! Brujuelo, The Olive Home

Today I'd like to talk to you about one of those places plenty of people who live all together. Humans call it cities. And that city I want to tell you is called Jaén.  I personally, am a country house, not a city one, but Jaén is the nearest city I have.

Jaén is not very big, they must be like 117000 humans big. It's very very old, and were grow in the foot of the mountains

The main activity of the people in Jaén city is the olive oil. They're totally crazy for it! People from Jaén and towns around it have grown olive trees all around the place and now have become the land with most number of olive trees in the world.

Humans here are totally in love with olive oil. They have been elaborating olive oil for centuries, and can't even imagine to cook anything without it.

They use olive oil in all their dishes: it's perfect to spice up the salad, the best idea if you want to cook batter-fried vegetables, or fishes, and also the most delicious sauces you can imagine with it!

I'm an old house in half of a huge ordered olive tree wood. I love to see each day as the sun rises and sets in the olive trees and enjoy the silver reflexes in their leaves.
